Given the current state of emergency, we at Archetix have also freed up some capacity and are trying to help where it is needed most. We realise that there are many schools and companies that were caught by surprise by the sudden restriction of in-person teaching and training and so far have no experience with teaching at a distance. As part of our cooperation on Slack at česko.digital, together with Jáchym Čepický we put together a guide to creating G Suite for schools (or the paid version for companies) and pointed out the key settings that allow recording video calls or streaming them inside the domain. We also show how to open your Google Classroom classes to any user with a Gmail account.
