    As part of our project for Smartlook, we audited, reviewed and set up Google Analytics 4 measurement for SaaS and SPA. This allowed the marketing team and management to rely on the data collected from the app.

    Shoptet is one of the largest Czech SaaS businesses and is a leading player in the market with eshop solutions. For them, we have prepared a complete revision of web data collection including its subsequent processing. 

    For TrueClicks, we implemented the data entry layer, complete GA4 and conversion tag setup including server measurement for Google Ads Enhanced Conversion and Offline conversions. 

    GoodAccess is a Czech company that solves custom VPN solutions. We designed the data layer for them and helped with onboarding mapping of individual users who come to the Sign up for free website.

    WHY DEAL WITH ANALYTICS

    BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR USERS’ NEEDS
    SaaS project analytics can provide useful insights into how users are using your application. This allows you to then optimise the entire operation of your app, develop new features or get feedback from your customers.
    We use tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Smartlook to best understand user needs and in 99% of cases they are sufficient. However, if they are not enough, we know a number of other tools that can be used for these purposes. ?

With proper implementation, conversion measurement, campaign source tracking and linking leads to your CRM system, we are able to decipher the source of acquisition. This allows you to better optimise your marketing, increase the reach of your marketing and advertising campaigns, and evaluate the effectiveness of your entire marketing mix.

    HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

    We implement a semantic data layer within your lead generation website and application, set up GTM and ensure the collection of the required data into the individual analytics and marketing systems. We’ll add to all of this by properly processing user approvals through Cookiebot.
    Furthermore, we will design the implementation of server measurement through SGTM. This will open up opportunities for us to use modern conversion measurement techniques that will further improve the performance of your campaigns (e.g. Facebook Conversions API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions for Leads).
    Subsequent data processing is done in Google BigQuery and Keboola tools, where we can create managerial and operational reports using a production dataset where data is collected with consent and using an anonymous dataset. If you choose to implement with SGTM, you can then take advantage of options such as real-time lead scoring, or logging and debugging the entire integration.
