A Customer Research Report is a great thing if you need to move your business forward. Does your data hide important information that you need to decipher? With data visualisation you can get a complete story or the information you need out of the numbers. It lets you better express patterns or connections that would otherwise stay hidden.
In the basic Customer Research Report reports we offer overviews of your customers. One of the indicators you will find in the report is information about the number of customers and total revenue for a given period. We can also track the average delay between repeat purchases, expressed in days. This can be an indicator of whether you should contact customers within a certain number of days from their last purchase.
An important indicator for understanding your customers can be the average order value, in the form of the customer’s first order, a repeat order, or the average value across all orders.
For proper segmentation of your customers we can also focus on the ratio of customers who bought more than once, more than twice or more than three times. This indicator can reveal whether customers come back to you and to what extent. It can bring you closer to your customers, help you understand them and hint at what to focus on next.
In the report you can then notice a table that breaks down the numbers of customers, revenue and the percentage share by the number of orders placed, in single steps from one up to ten orders.
Other indicators that you can recalculate interactively in the reports are the average profit per customer, the maximum CPA (Cost per acquisition) and the minimum ROAS (Return On Ad Spend). These indicators are recalculated based on the average margin per order you set and the percentage of the margin that will go into campaigns.
